It is essential when booking your holiday on the phone or the Internet that you know the company you are dealing with will fully protect any payments you make in advance. Snow-Line will only book a holiday for you with a company that is a tour operator member of ABTA or is bonded by the Civil Aviation Authority so your money is safe.

In addition any money held by ourselves before we pay these travel companies is itself protected by our membership of the retail agents class of ABTA and IATA.

Financial Protection

As part of Leisure Estates International, we are retail members of The Association of British Travel Agents (ABTA) - your assurance of professional service and financial security. We provide the association with a bond to protect any of your money held by ourselves before we pay the travel company you have booked with. We also abide by the codes of conduct of ABTA. You can verify our membership by clicking on the ABTA symbol.

Our group company, Leisure Estates International, is a member of IATA, the International Air Transport Association which is the governing body of the worlds' scheduled airlines. This allows us to issue your tickets immediately on behalf of an scheduled airline. We are subject to their annual financial scrutiny and also provide them with a bond.

In booking your ski holiday we act as agents for ATOL protected operators. This means the companies we deal with have been licenced by the Civil Aviation Authority and have provided a bond which ensures your holiday is financially protected.

We also hold our own ATOL licence issued by the Civil Aviation authority which enables us to put a tailor made package holiday together to your own requirements. It is also used to provide financial protection for our own holiday programme White Mountain Holidays.
