About 20 minutes walk (4 min. drive) from the centre of Banff, the Douglas Fir Resort is perfectly located in the tranquil forest of the National Park. Some of the delightful apartments are in the main lodge building, others are in separate buildings in the park area. The ski bus and town shuttle stop in front of the complex. Types of apartments: All units have wood-burning fireplace, cable TV, telephone, balcony or terrace; bath, shower, wc and hairdryer; fully equipped kitchen with stove, oven, toaster, coffee maker, dishwasher. I 9066 Studio 1-4 persons: (37m2): One room with queen bed and double sofabed located in the main lodge. I 9068 2 room apartment 1-4 persons: (46m2): Situated in the park units. Living room with double murphy bed, bedroom with queen size bed. I 9067 2 room apartment + loft 3-6 persons: (67m2): Situated in the park units. Living room with double sofa bed, bedroom with queen size bed, stairs leading to open loft with two queen size beds and separate wc. Facilities: Pool, hot tubs, saunas, steamroom and 2 giant indoor water slides; indoor children`s playground; coin-op laundry; grocery store, beer/ wine shop; gym; ice rink (weather permitting); free wi-fi internet access and parking. Restaurant across the road. Included: Linen, towels and daily maid service.
