The Excelsior Planet offers a high
standard of accommodation, food and
service, and has recently been upgraded
by the refurbishment of its lounge and
restaurant. Centrally located about 50m
from the Cretaz lifts, nursery slopes and
ski school meeting place, it is a
convenient and high quality choice.
Bedrooms: 46. All rooms have bath
or shower, wc, hairdryer, satellite TV,
radio, telephone, safe and balcony.
Most rooms are now junior suites that
sleep up to four people, with an
additional lounge area.
Meals: The hotel is proud of its
delicious Italian cuisine, beautifully
prepared and presented by the 8
cooks and pastry chef. Buffet
breakfast. Excellent 4 course dinner
comprising a starter, choice of four
first and four main courses, cheese
trolley, and fruit or desserts.
Facilities: Leisure suite with small
plunge pool and jacuzzi, Turkish bath,
sauna - a daily fee payable locally
allows access to all these facilities;
