These slopeside apartments are very popular and sell out quickly each season. A supermarket and sports shop are on-site. The property features two and three bedroom apartments. Note: For families or quiet guests only. The proprietors live in the building and do not take young or single sex party bookings. Noise is not tolerated. ACCOMMODATION Two bedroom apartments (3-5 people) are simple and have two bedrooms, a kitchenette equipped with two ring hob (no oven), fridge, microwave and basic bathroom and wc. Three bedroom apartments (4-6 people) are similar but with an extra bedroom. Bed linen is provided but please bring your own towels. See price panel for accommodation supplements. LOCATION IN SOLDEU Central and under 100m from the telecabin. PRICES Based on five people sharing a two bedroom apartment and six people sharing a three bedroom apartment on a self catering basis. A refundable loss⁄damage deposit of approx €150 per apartment will be charged on arrival - see page 95 for details. OFFICIAL RATING Not yet allocated. Some facilities may incur a local charge.
