One triple bedroom with one double and one single bed, en suite shower and WC (5); and one further double bedroom with en suite shower and WC (6). Second Floor: Suite for 2-4 people, with double bedroom, spacious separate lounge area with 2 single beds, en suite bath, shower and WC (10). Lower Ground Floor with separate entrance: Twin bedroom with en suite shower/WC and fridge (7). Bedroom with a double bed and two single beds, private use of shower/WC on hallway (8). Double bedroom and sofa with en suite shower/WC (9). All rooms on this floor have daylight basement windows (ie: half above ground), fridge and tea and coffee making facilities.
